Day 2 - Sore as a Mutha

Well today I decided I would do some of the new rep amounts available to me. Yesterday I concentrated on using the smallest amount available twice. Today I am going to do the largest amount once.

After 1 hour I was able to accomplish 100% of the workouts, a few I did twice (especially yoga. since my goal is to be able to surf better, yoga is probably one of the best things I can do on this game).

After working out I checked my weight. Yesterday my diet after working out consisted of:

Tuna Steak
Asperagus and Mushrooms Sauted
Miso Soup
Yougurt
Grapes
Nutella
Muffin

Est Caloric Content 1400.

Today I plan on eating some eggs for lunch and Salmon for dinner. Of course always wild fish and cooked with the least amount of Caloric content in mind.
