Wii Fit Day One

So the title is gods honest truth, I have never exercised in a formal workout routine ever in my life. Outside of Gym class, I can say I never practiced working out nor did I go through any trainer or set routine of how to work out. Granted I ride my bike occasionaly (once a month) and try to walk around places, exercise was never my forte.
