Well its been awhile, I decided on Friday not to use the Wii Fit. My back right calf was feeling very stretched, and it was hurting for me to walk around a bit. I left off exercising given I was going surfing on Saturday.
Saturday rolled around, hit the waves at Westport. I still suck, but at least I tried a smaller board, this time a 7.2 foot board. Was gnarly. Actually got up into a tube for 1 sec, but couldnt get out of the wash.
Anyways, so I came back and booted the Wii Fit up on Monday. Did all the exercises (except running more later). I have unlocked alot of reps for the jacknife (30 reps), the plank (90 secs), and most of the other fitness based ones. I have to admit after I go through them they are still wearing me down.
My BMI and Weight dropped signifigantly, almost 2 lbs for the weekend after the workout on Monday. Seems odd, because I did eat alot on Saturday and Sunday. But alot of it was mainly yougurt and low cal stuff.
So today I once again did all the exercises, this time leaving off the balance stuff (ill do that every 2 days, its pretty lame stuff and i dont feel like spending alot of time on it). I am also going to substitute the jogging (you shouldnt do this unless you replace it with something), for riding my bike around the park. I live right next to a awesome park, why run inside?
