Yesterday I started out doing all of the items twice, including the yoga. It took me so long to get through everything, today I decided only 1 of each item. However because I have unlocked all the yoga poses, thats harder said then done.
I have also made the new rule (notice they change..) that I do the hardest rep available. Tommorow thats 20 pushups, ouch. At 10 I can say I have felt some burn.
Finally yesterday I went to Bucca De Beppo (Italian restaurant that serves HUGE portions) and ate about 1/4 of the 2 person speghetti and meatballs. Low and behold today I had put on .7 lbs. Ah well, the goal isnt weight loss, its balance and muscle at this point.
I am trying to come up with what I should do as far as a aerobic exercise. I live right next to the lake and I like riding my bike on nice days. However it takes time and doing the Wii Fitness + the bike would be like 2hrs. So I don't know which one, if I do both or just right bike some days. Not sure.
Plus weekends probably cant exercise, ill have work to do ;)
